One important constituent towards the achievement of this vision is to increment the countrys renewable zero usage and thereby reducing dependence on fossil fuels. Democratisation of energy outturn is determined to be the way forward. A mensuration in this direction is to go by upon citizens the ability and demand to produce electricity via belittled distributed contemporaries (SSDG), i.e. wind, photovoltaic and hydro installations on a lower floor 50 kW.

Given that SSDG is much overpriced per installed capacity than the real much larger office staff plants, subsidies ar needed so as to provide bonuss to half-size single-handed power producers (SIPP), households and firms to pose in SSDG. The paper precedes the context, the hypothetical considerations and the proposed incentive schemes to enable electricity production via SSDG.
